Thank you for choosing RockSolid Themes. Did you follow the theme documentation, David? You can find it here: http://rocksolidthemes.com/documentation/wordpress/themes/eightytwenty
You probably tried using the .zip file as is – but you need to unzip the package first, it contains the actual eightytwenty.zip.

I did it the way you asked but now get this error after trying to Activate the theme.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/davidm/public_html/wp-content/themes/eightytwenty/functions.php on line 65
I had a tech from the host company spend over an hour trying to resolve this with no luck.
Please advise how to fix or advise how to obtain a refund.
Best regards,
David Millican

The fix is very easy: Your hosting company provides you with a web space with an outdated PHP version. At the moment the recommended version of PHP is 5.3.24. or even better 5.4.14. Running an old version of PHP is a risk in terms of security and stability and should be avoided at all costs.

Thank you so much. It worked. I am looking forward to using your 80/20.

Awesome. We hope you'll have as much fun using 80/20 as we had building it. All the best and a lot of success with your shiny new RockSolid website.
