Usage: If on mobile display something, else display something else

Hi,
is there way to have something like an if else in the article section of a page? e.g. I want to have a big calendar on desktop views, but on mobile it should be a list instead. Is there a way to make something like, mobile begin, mobile end, not on mobile begin, not on mobile end, wrapper for page elements?
