Nach Update auf Contao 5.3 und Theme 1.6.5, lassen sich keine Dateien mit Extension .indd mehr
herunterladen.
Andere Dateiendungen gehen.
In den Einstellungen ist die Extension .indd für Indesigndateien nach wie vor für Uploads und Downloads drin.

Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Problem in Contao selbst. Der Fehler wird vermutlich mit der nächsten Contao-Version behoben werden, siehe https://github.com/contao/contao/pull/7945
